Oameni frumoși, muzică desprinsă din filmele lui Tarantino și o atmosferă minunată. Cam așa a fost concertul de ieri, 25 noiembrie ce s-a desfășurat în clubul ,,Albion” .
În deschiderea concertului a cântat trupa din Bender, All At Once. Băieții au încins publicul cu cântecele lor în stil grunge, iar noi n-am ratat ocazia și le-am luat un interviu.
-Как вы создали группу?
-Как-то раз с нашим бывшим гитаристом вышли погулять и запала в голову мысль что надо создать группу, на примете был Витя, наш барабанщик и он согласился. Наш бывший гитарист уехал и все стало очень плохо, но потом мы нашли новое место для репетиций и у нас появились новые музыканты, гитарист Филип и бассист Дима и вот мы снова здесь.
-Где вы репетируйте?
-Очень долго искали место для репетиций, в Приднестровье их по пальцам пересчитать, откуда-то нас даже выгоняли, но в итоге нашли реп-точку в Тирасполе но условия не были хорошими для серьезной работы, поскольку было дорого, ограниченное время и постоянно за нами следил хозяин точки, который вечно пытался нас учить играть наши же песни и сказал что наша музыка не музыка, на что мы очень обиделись, но мы договорились все же отыграть концерт у него. После того как отыграли концерт, он сказал что мы крутые и что хочет с нами работать, на что мы ответили отказом. Так получилось что на том концерте была группа которая репетировала в гараже и позже мы репетировали у них где-то пол года и написали около 11 песен, давали по Тирасполю концерты, потом приехали на фестиваль “POT Music” где заняли второе место в полу-финале, Потом мы приехали довольные домой, где нас выгнали из гаража.
-Что послужило вдохновением?
-Во времена когда мы только начинали, меня вдохновляли группы: Sex Pistols, Nirvana, чуть чуть Alice in Chains и в основном отечественные группы как Пионерлагерь Пыльная Радуга.
–Вы играли на концерте “POT Music”, как вам показалась Кишиневская публика?
-Нас очень тепло приняли и это была наша лучшая публика, мы не ожидали что нас так хорошо встретят в Кишиневе особенно зашел ковер на на песню из одного советского мультика «Я на солнышке сижу» .
–Вы планируете записать альбом или EP в ближайшем будущем?
-Это все упирается в деньги, но сейчас “POT Music” готовят диск на котором будут записаны 15 альтернативных групп, некая колаборация в которой будем принимать участие и мы, где у нас будет возможность записать одну песню.
-Какие у вас ожидания по поводу сегодняшнего концерта?
-Мы опять таки ожидаем активную публику, надеемся что людям понравится наше творчество. Вообще нам очень нравится играть в Кишиневе, аппаратура очень хорошая, и от людей очень хорошая отдача и энергетика, а это очень важно.
Concertul a continuat cu trupa suedeză Flat Foot care a concertat pentru a doua oară la Chișinău. Stilul pe care îl abordează, cum ne spune însăși trupa este Cactus rock si Tarantino rock, ce ne-a trezit foarte mult curiozitate și fără multe dubii le-am luat și lor un interviu.
–How did you guys met and what was the reason you started a band?
Lars: -So me and the bass player Richard were playing in a band called The King Rats, an American band actually, us two swedes and some American guys. So we met and liked each other and after some years, we thought that we should do our own music and so we started Flat Foot in 2007.
–What were your influences?
Lars; -Definitely, to start with, our influence was R&B (Rhythm and blues) music from the ‘40s and ‘50s. The singing style and their really hard attitude and lyrics, they lived the hard life and that was the inspiration to start with. Then we started listening to “surf” music and watching Tarantino movies and so we drifted towards what we are today.
–If you could go back in time, would you change something musically?
Lars; – No, musically I think we went the way we wanted to, although it’s a little tight, the music is really divided in a lot of genres and we felt a little like “hands tied behind our backs” sometimes, because maybe we wanted to do different things, but we started like a rockabilly band and when you choose one style, it becomes kind of strict, you have to look, dress and sound like your chosen style and sometimes we wanted to explore different things…
–How did you come out with such a concept for the “In Your Face” album?
Lars: -It actually spawns from the fact that we were a little sour with the music business, with these strict genre rules and we thought “well…let’s just do this…In your face! motherfucker”, so that was kind of a working idea.
–What plans are you having for the future?
Micke: -We have an album release coming out early next year and we are planning for the next tour in Moldova.
–You performed at the “POT” music fest in may, what was your impression about the event itself, the audience and the bands you were playing with?
Lars: -We can’t tell you how much we loved it, it was probably the best gig in my life! People had really listened to us on Spotify, I guess, and they knew the lyrics to our songs, we hardly knew where Moldova was, we came here and people sang along and everyone was dancing and having fun, it was beautiful.
–What particularly did you remember about Moldova as a country?
Lars: -The biggest memory is the concert itself and all the young people jumping up, and for me, I just loved the people here.
-What are your occupations between your musical activities?
Lars: -Well…Richard and Micke work in an educational organization, as for me, I play music, have a little work here and there… Olle in a healthcare domain, Viktor is a student and is going to be a preacher.
–What expectations do you have for today’s concert?
Lars: -I think this is a really nice place and so far all the people here are cool and we had this little workshop. I think it is going to be a rocking night!
